Nylon 6/6 Miniature Cable Ties – Nylon 6/6 miniature cable ties are general purpose ties suitable for applications at normal temperature at around 150°F. Nylon 6/6 is the most used material to make cable ties. Nylon 6/6 is meets UL 94V-2 flammability ratings. It works well at temperature range is from 40°F to 185°F.

6/6 miniature cable ties are used for applications that are most exposed to sunlight. These cable ties are weather and UV resistant. These cable ties are produced by incorporating stabilizers in the nylon resin. Most UV Stabilized Nylon cable ties are available only in black color.

Nylon 6/6 Heat Stabilized Miniature Cable Ties – Heat Stabilized Nylon 6/6 cable ties are used for applications that are exposed to continuous high temperatures of up to 250°F. These cable ties have no change in the physical properties because of high temperature. These cable ties contain specially formulated heat stabilizers that offer better thermal endurance.

Polypropylene Cable Ties – Polypropylene cable ties are used for applications where chemical effects on nylon are a concern. Polypropylene resists a number of chemicals.

Stainless Steel Cable Ties – These cable ties are used for applications where nylon cable ties cannot be used.
